Technically the vehicle should be empty. However, our drivers understand that you may be relocating and have some personal belongings. Generally, If it’s under 100 pounds, you should be within the weight limit. In the event you want to put some things in your car, let us know in advance, we’ll inform the driver to make sure they’re fully aware of your situation and aren’t surprised upon arrival.
Carriers don’t accept credit cards. You would pay the driver on delivery; Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Some carriers are accepting Digital Payments such as Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and more. In the event you need to pay using a digital payment, let us know in advance, we’ll make sure to assign it to a carrier that can accommodate that.
We offer 2 types of pickup options. Option 1 is Flexible, normally we can pickup your vehicle within 1-7 days from your first available day. Option 2 is Expedited, pickups usually happen within the first three days from your first available pick-up day. This option is best for someone who needs the vehicle to be picked up ASAP or within a short window.
Remember, we don’t set the prices the carriers do. Any quote you’re receiving needs to be accepted by a carrier. Our calculator is designed to give you the lowest and highest estimate based on your pickup situation. Both prices are generated, based on what carriers are currently accepting. So to answer your question… YES. Anything lower just won’t get accepted and what good is that if it doesn’t get the job done.

You do not have to be present for pickup or delivery. If you have someone else that can be present, just update us with their contact info. If you do not have anyone on either side, then our Contactless Transport solution can work for your situation. Ask our shipping experts how we can set this up for you.
Transit times will always vary based on the distance. Once your vehicle has been dispatched and assigned to a carrier you’ll receive the ETA for pickup and delivery. Generally, 24 hours prior to the actual pickup and delivery the driver will reach out to confirm a time for the following day.
